Each Grotto visit accommodates up to six guests to ensure your experience remains personal. If your family has more than six people, you’ll need to make separate bookings and inform an Elf when you arrive at the Grotto. They’ll make sure your group visits Santa one after the other, so you can still enjoy the experience together.
