The English government has recently made an announcement on relaxing regulations. Please read here what you can and cannot do by law. Whilst out, it is still advisable to keep your distance from people you don’t normally meet with, and wear a face covering in most indoor settings as well as on public transport.
Here is some advice for safer travel on public transport via Arriva buses, Stagecoach buses, Southeastern railways and from the government.
Please ensure you contact your chosen venue before visiting because there may well be changes to visiting procedures. You may need to be prepared to change your plans if the venues are extremely popular.
The Council owned public toilets, playgrounds and parks are open. In the town centre of Royal Tunbridge Wells these are in Crescent Road Car Park and in Calverley Grounds. All our Council owned parks and playgrounds are open too.
