21 The Pantiles, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN2 5TD

Catherine Hills is an international award winning designer and maker of jewellery and has made the jewellery for the Harry Potter films.

In November 2014, Catherine fulfilled a lifelong dream by opening her own atelier and shop in the historic Pantiles, nestled in the heart of Tunbridge Wells. This charming boutique is discreetly situated behind the Duke of York Public House and adjacent to the Fairfax Gallery.

At Catherine Hills’ atelier, you’ll find a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation. She has meticulously designed the space to evoke the ambiance of a Victorian workshop, allowing customers to observe her creative process while perusing her exquisite collections. This unique setting also serves as the backdrop for a truly bespoke service, where Catherine collaborates closely with clients to craft individualised pieces.

Catherine’s jewellery has graced the shelves and exhibitions of renowned establishments like Harrods, Heals, Selfridges, the V&A, the Gilbert Collection at Somerset House, and the Museum of Modern Art in San Francisco. Her work has been prominently displayed at various exhibitions, including the Goldsmiths’ Fair, the Hay-on-Wye Literary Festival, Contemporary Decorative Arts at Sotheby’s, The Crafts Council, Galleried Elsa Vanier in Paris, and Galerie Ra in Amsterdam.

In recognition of her contributions to the world of jewellery design, Catherine Hills was granted the esteemed titles of Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths and Freeman of the City of London in 2002.
