• Baby Changing Facilities: The Parent and Baby Room is open and is located in the Food Court, including changing mats, a microwave and cubicles with seating and a privacy curtain for breastfeeding.
• Kiddy cars: Keep little ones entertained while you shop with a selection of free kiddy cars available in Customer Service. Here you will also find the Little Monsters Book Swap Shop – a free mini library to help children stay entertained during their visit to Royal Victoria Place.
• Soft play area: Let the kids burn off some energy in a dedicated soft play area, perfect for rainy days or energetic little ones. This can be found in the Food Court.
• Parent Parking: Extra-wide parking bays make shopping easier for those with children and are located on level 4 and 6 of the Royal Victoria Place Car Park with direct access to the malls.

• Quiet Shopping Morning: Every Tuesday morning from 9-11am, the shopping centre offers a Quiet Shopping Morning. • Disabled Badge Parking: Blue badge holders can park from free in the Royal Victoria Place car park with no time limit, with reserved spaces available on floor 4 & 6.
