The newly opened the Amelia Scott’s second temporary exhibition is entitled ‘Cabaret Mechanical Marvels’. Automata are mechanical artworks that illustrate their inner workings at the push of a button or turn of a lever, enabling a greater level of understanding of mechanics, engineering, and art.

This is an exhibition for all ages, featuring modern automata with intricate mechanisms and humorous scenes. Cabaret Mechanical Marvels celebrates the fascinating world of automata and showcases exhibits that are masterpieces of creative thought, made by some the finest contemporary automata artists from across the UK.

Containing hands-on interactives, this exhibition is a fun-filled family entertainment show.
