This course offers wine lovers a unique chance to explore the more unusual and hard-to-find wines on the market.   Post Phylloxera & WWII, many indigenous vineyards were grubbed up in favour of high yielding, sellable varieties.  A few pockets of local & near extinct grape varieties remained. Luckily, future generations have seen the downside to a world full of ubiquitous grapes and are making great efforts to save and expand these treasured and hard to come by vines.
