

Groombridge Place are delighted to announce their reopening in time for Easter 2022.
Set against the stunning backdrop of the moated manor house (currently closed to the public), the elegant walled gardens will once again be welcoming visitors. Why not stroll along the tranquil canal path which leads to the adventure forest and Crusoe’s World with it’s maze of rope bridges and walkways, a new slide and the magical wooden pirate ship…all of which is sure to spark the imaginations of all the family. Further within the forest, find the Giant Tree with it’s nest swings, a firm favourite with young and old!
Various events will take place in the school holidays from 31 March to 18 April 2022.
Easter Egg Hunt- have fun this Easter with the help of two giant rabbits! Find the rabbits and they will help children with clues to find all the hidden Easter secrets to win a sweet treat in our Easter Hunt.
Birds of Pray- There are two incredible birds of prey displays every day where you can hear about some amazing birds and watch them fly. These take place at 12 noon and 3.30pm.
Canal Boat- A canal boat will also offer short trips to Crusoe’s World for a small additional fare of £1.50 for adults and £1 for children.
The café will be open with outdoor and covered seating and offers hot and cold drinks and tasty meals and treats throughout the day.
*BBQ will operate every day in school holidays weather permitting.
Groombridge Station is close by so you can start your day with a steam train ride on the Spa Valley Railway on days when they are operating between Tunbridge Wells West and Eridge. The walk from the Groombridge station to Groombridge Place is around 15 minutes.
Please note the 17th century moated manor house and gardens are not open to the public. The gardens are currently being renovated.
