Something fun, somewhere warm, with some new friends.
Singing optional. Biscuits provided.
Join Trinity Theatre for their Senior Sing sessions.
Sing to music from the 1950s, ’60s and ’70s. Singing is not mandatory as these sessions are all about meeting new people, eating biscuits and having fun.
Singing improves posture, speech, lung activity and muscle mobility but most of all mood!
Come along on your own, with a friend, or with a son/daughter/carer. There is no need to book – just turn up on the day.
