

The Spring Food Festival hits The Pantiles on 10th and 11th May! This celebration of food, drink and music promises to be a highlight of the spring, bringing together local and national producers to create an unforgettable experience for all attendees.

Our bandstand will be host to exciting celebrity and local chefs, who will be giving demonstrations on how to cook some of their favourite dishes. This gives you the chance to ask your kitchen related questions, and try some freshly made recipes cooked in front of you!
Atul Kochhar
Joining us on the bandstand will be Atul Kochhar. Atul is a pioneering figure in Indian cuisine, renowned for being the first Indian chef to receive a Michelin star, which he earned in 2001 while at the helm of Tamarind in London. He later went on to earn a second Michelin star at his own restaurant, Benares.
