The Flying Horse Cottage is a self-catering Cottage set in four acres of pasture and woodland and located south of Royal Tunbridge Wells.

The cottage features two en-suite bedrooms with king and super king beds, each equipped with a TV. Tiled throughout, it boasts a fitted oak kitchen handmade by a local craftsman, luxurious underfloor gas heating, and a wood-burning stove. The single-level and fully accessible layout leads to a stone terrace with a Rattan table and chairs, along with a decking platform offering glorious views of Spratsbrook Farm’s valley and Tunbridge Wells in the distance.

Flying Horse Cottage provides private access to ten acres of Bond’s Heath, complete with a fully equipped bird hide for birding, sketching, or relaxation. The heath overlooks the 450-acre RSPB Broadwater Warren, providing direct access to explore the Nature Reserve and adjacent sandstone outcrops of Eridge and Harrison Rocks—ideal for picnics and renowned rock climbing in southern England.
