Royal Tunbridge Wells is thrilled to welcome Kidsbury Roleplay Village, a brand new play concept and cafe opening its doors on September 18th at the Royal Victoria Place shopping centre.

Kidsbury offers a unique and safe environment for children aged 1-7 to explore diverse role-playing scenarios designed to spark creativity and support social, cognitive, and physical development.

“We’re passionate about providing an enchanting and educational experience that fuels curiosity and growth through the power of pretend play,” says Tarragon Turner, Founder and Managing Director.

Founded by husband-and-wife duo Sean and Tarragon Turner, both with extensive theatre backgrounds, Kidsbury brings a theatrical touch to the play experience. The modern space prioritizes wooden toys and sustainable practices. Parents can even enjoy a complimentary coffee (bring in your reusable cup!) while their little ones play.

The heart of Kidsbury is a bustling town square surrounded by 12 exciting play zones. Each zone is thoughtfully designed to offer open-ended play opportunities with clear learning objectives. Kids can explore familiar settings like a supermarket, salon, and post office, or get creative in unique spaces like a dance studio, recycling plant, and gardening centre.

Beyond open play sessions, Kidsbury will host themed parties, educational workshops, parenting seminars, and special events, providing enrichment for young children and their families.
