By Air
Gatwick, Heathrow and Stansted Airports are all in easy reach of Tunbridge Wells. There are regular direct flights from the United States, Europe, Asia and other worldwide destinations.
By road, Gatwick Airport is a mere 45-minute drive whilst Heathrow, Stansted and London City Airports are just over an hour away. Luton Airport is under a 90-minute drive.

By Train
For passengers, the Eurostar is a convenient way to travel directly into London from Paris, Lille, Amsterdam and Brussels. It is then less than one hour train ride from London to Royal Tunbridge Wells.
If you are travelling in your car from Europe, depart from Calais and board Le Shuttle (previously Eurotunnel) for a quick 35-minute crossing to Folkestone. LeShuttle trains run all day and night, with up to four departures an hour.
By Sea
From France:
If you are traveling by car you have several options from France.
- You can also board the DFDS Ferry from Dunkirk and Calais arriving in Dover. It is a little over one hour drive to Royal Tunbridge Wells. Alternatively, the ferry also sails from Dieppe to Newhaven which is less than one hour’s drive.

From Spain: Depart from Santander or Bilbao on Brittany Ferries and arrive in Portsmouth. It is less than a 2-hour drive to Royal Tunbridge Wells.
Arriving on a cruise: From the cruise terminal at Southampton, it takes 2½ hours by road or rail (via London) to arrive at Royal Tunbridge Wells.
