Originally built in 1913 as a cinema, the Queen’s Hall Theatre has evolved over the years to become a versatile performance space. Today, it hosts a diverse array of events, including live theatre productions, concerts, comedy shows, dance performances, and community events.

Useful Information
Disabled parking is available halfway along Barham Drive on the righthand side and wheelchair access is available at the side entrance along Barham Drive. Four wheelchair-accessible seats are also available, there’s two on each side of the auditorium doors. The seating is located on the back row (row “P”) of the tiered seating and represented by red squares within the ticket booking system. Cranbrook Performing Arts
The Queen’s Hall Theatre is situated within Cranbrook School’s grounds and their Performing Arts Department takes full advantage of the professional facility the Theatre provides. It’s home to many of their performances and productions from music, drama and dance students performing regularly throughout the academic year. Plus Music Ensembles Concerts, An Evening of Drama, The Christmas Concert, Battle of the Bands and their Annual Play.
Getting Here
The Queen’s Hall Theatre is located in the area of outstanding natural beauty known as the Weald of Kent, in the historic market town of Cranbrook. Cranbrook is easily accessible by road and is only a 30-minute drive from Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone and Ashford. It’s also a short distance from Staplehurst where there is a train connection. Parking is available on site in the Cranbrook School grounds, and also along Cranbrook High Street and the free Jockey Lane and Tanyard Carparks.
